Official ETS Test Centre

IBEC Solutions is an official ETS Test Centre based in Lubumbashi. We currently administer TOEFL iBT and GRE exams for international students who want to pursue their studies abroad. IBEC provides a secure, quiet, and well-equipped testing environment that meets international standards. We use ETS-approved SB99 noise-cancelling headsets, designed to reduce background noise and distractions.
